Come celebrate Father’s Day with us this Sunday! We will meet at the park by the river at 8:30 am for a short bike ride and end at the Rec Hall with donuts and coffee/juice. If bike riding isn’t your thing (or if it is raining), that’s ok, meet us at the Rec Hall about 9 for donuts.
The Craft Show is just around the corner (Saturday June 23rd from 9-1). We still have room for a few more tables. If you would like to participate by selling your goods contact Cindy at 218-393-9677 or stop by the office for an application.
Fourth of July Confusion Celebration! Dates are set, Party at the Pond will be on July 3rd. Parade will be on the 4th. Times and further details will be announced closer to the 4th.
Over the past few weeks several items have been lost and turned into the office. If you are missing anything please call or stop by the office.
Minnesota Power will be in the park Tuesday to work on some electrical issues. Sites 156-168 may experience short power outages starting at 11 am.
Three reminders:
First, quiet hours start at 11 pm. That means music is turned off and voices should not be heard from the street. If you have an issue with noise, you need to call the after-hours number 218-382-0482 so we can send security out to take care of the issue.
Second, we want to keep Timberline looking great! Please keep your lawn mowed. If grass is excessively long, Timberline will mow without notice for $25.
Third, golf carts with red tags need to be taken care of this weekend. Golf carts in violation of the contract after this weekend will not be allowed in the park until all the requirements have been met.
It looks like this weekend is going to be a wet one but there is still fun to be had! Burn some calories in the new exercise room (adults only or children/teens WITH parents) then grab a cone or pizza from the snack bar. Gather some friends and hang out in the rec hall or challenge them to a game of ping pong. Stop by the office and do some shopping, new flannel pants in this week. Whatever you decide, relax and have fun!
Happy Camping,
Amy & Vern
